MeSince has stored public keys of all users, so there is no need to exchange public key to send encrypted emails.
If the email you receive is signed by a certificate from another CA, MeSince will use the public key of this certificate to encrypt the certificate you send to such a sender, so the sender can decrypt the email on any email client that support S/MIME protocol.
For user that has a need to send large amounts of emails, we provide open API for them to acquire the recipients public keys to send them encrypted emails.
