- Blacklist: Emails from the domains or email addresses will be treated as SPAMs.
- Keywords: Email headers that containing any words listed in the Keywords will be regards as SPAMs.
- Cloud-based Blacklist: Emails that are reported by user to be SPAM, their addresses will be listed in the Cloud-based Blacklist. Later email sent from these addresses will be regarded as SPAM.

Click the three green icons under the email subject, you can see the meaning of the three icons. The green lock means content of the email is encrypted, the green tick icon shows that the email is signed by the sender and the T icon shows that the email's sending time is added by a timestamp server that is forge-proof, tamper proof and non-repudiation.
Click the other three green icons under the sender's address, you can see more information. The first one is the sender's Identity Certificate. The second one, V3 means that it is a V3 Identity Certificate and the last icon is a link to apply for Identity Validation.

Below is guides for setting private key Password.
*The advantage of private key Password
For higher security needs, MeSince allows user to set a private key password for his Encrypting Certificate. By adding the password, the Encrypting Certificate will be issued only when email account the the password are both validated.
In case user's email account is hacked, the malicious person cannot get his Encrypting Certificate to decrypt his email content.
Please note: If your email is already used to bind other service system accounts, it is highly recommended that you use this Enhanced Protection Level, and set a private key password.

You can follow "Setting" - "My namecard" - "Add details" to edit your name card by adding more details on it.
The QR code will since direct the updated name card.

Here is the guide to create or modify signature for every email.
1. Follow the steps of "Setting" - "Signature"
2. Then you will see two boxes for you to enter any content. The upper one is signature of every new email and the other one is setting for signature for the Reply or Forward. You can simply tick the "Use the same on as new email" to make the signature for the Reply or Forward the same one as the one for every new email.
3. You can set the QR code to tag along every new email by ticking the "Tag my QR code name card in new emails".

You can add a maximum of ten email accounts on MeSince and each email account will become a single MeSince account. You can use the Scanning to login your MeSince account on MeSince official website to manage your accounts, such as certificate protection password setting and resetting, applying for certificate revocation, and applying for identity validation.

Below are screenshots showing how to add a group and its members. Follow the "Contact" - "the PLUS icon" - "Add a group" - Enter a group name - Hit the one you want to add to the group in the Contact list on the left.
Note: When you have hit a Contact to invite him to the group you have established, a invitation message will show up in his "New group" tag besides the Contact tag. He can choose whether to joint or not, but before he reject to be jointed, he can still receive emails you send to the group. Only after he reject to joint the group, will he not receive email sent to the group.
If he agrees to joint, the new group will become his Contact and be listed in the category of "My group" in the Contact tag.
A group should have at least 3 members while too many members will lower the speed.

The below is where to add a new contact. See the screenshots.
Note:
The recipients of you will be automatically added in the “Contacts”. You can also save the senders to the “Contacts”. You can also manually add contacts or scan QR code to add contacts. The “Contacts” are arranged in alphabetical order.
MeSince uploads and backups your “Contacts” to the cloud server by default, so that you can synchronize the “Contacts” when you install MeSince on a new device. In cases that you lose your phone or change a new one, it will be more convenient to retrieve the contacts because they are not in any phone’s cloud.
Of course, you can set not to save the “Contacts” to the cloud server.
